Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation and a Johnson & Wales Culinary graduate. 9 years teaching experience at McIntosh Atlantic Culinary Academy featuring the le Cordon Bleu program and later an American Culinary Federation Educational Institute approved certification program. Chef brings 35 years of field experience to the table with a background ranging from small fine dining operations to college food service and terminal food service management at Logan International Airport. Chef is an avid traveler and enjoys peaceful rides on his motorcycle along the Maine coast.
