Culinary Artists At Work
Culinary Arts is cranking out some truly delightful dishes this semester!
Today we were treated to homemade pizzas from Tech I– the delicious smell of garlicky, cheesy pizzas wafting down the halls was almost too much to bear.
During Tech II we were presented with an amazing array of hors d’oeuvres, including brie en croute, prosciutto-wrapped shrimp, scallops wrapped in bacon, and stuffed mushroom caps, to name a few faves. Just look at the artistic detail on that puff pastry!
